The Data Analyst uses predictive analytics to identify future outcomes for student persistence and retention at the individual and aggregate level. This position primarily supports initiatives that identify equity gaps with an emphasis on historically underserved students. This position consults with stakeholders in the design, implementation, and analysis of data used throughout Student Affairs to identify areas of improvement. This position will make recommendations for remediation and assist with developing continuous improvement action plans to address barriers to success and track actions and outcomes.

The Data Analyst identifies patterns and trends using a variety of qualitative and quantitative techniques, determines additional data collection requirements, and provides data, in the form of reports, tables, graphics, and presentations, to technical and non-technical end users, as such, the ability to present data clearly and effectively is required.

This position is grant-funded through September 30, 2026, and contingent upon continued funding.
