The Colorado Community College System (CCCS) is hiring a Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst to join the Business Technology team in our System Office IT department. In this position you’ll drive the collaboration with users in our Academic & Student Affairs departments, to develop businesses cases and comprehensive project requests. Some of the projects you would work on include very large, complex, and multi-year new product implementations; development of new solutions; enhancements to existing solutions; and various approaches to resolving issues introduced by upgrades, patches, or new requirements. Duties Include:

• Facilitating the gathering of project requirements from various business users and technical staff members and developing written project and task specifications.
• Identifying, verifying, and recording task dependencies, task efforts, and durations.
• Following established project management guidelines and processes to develop, maintain, and track project plans, conduct project meetings, and report project status.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the Ellucian CRM Recruit product/service line and related third-party vendor products, including the oversight and management of specific projects, staff, and deliverables.

 Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Relevant education and experience in the appropriate functional, technical and/or management areas may substitute year for year for the required degree.
• Three years of experience managing projects.
• Experience with Ellucian CRM Recruit and Ellucian Banner Student.
• Experience in using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Clarity, PPM Pro, Team Dynamix, Excel, etc.).
