Job Summary:The Senior Human Resources Generalist serves as the monthly employment coordinator for the Red Rocks Community College (RRCC) Human Resources department. Responsibilities include coordination of recruitment, selection and hiring activities to fill full time administrator, faculty and professional staff positions. Responsible for the preboard through Onboard processes and checklists for new full-time staff and faculty in NEOED. Completes data entry into Banner for all new hire/promo full-time Administrator, Faculty, Professional and Classified Staff.
This position ensures compliance with policy, procedure and applicable Federal and State laws while facilitating the recruitment process for all full-time administrator, faculty and professional staff roles at the college. Position requires considerable independent judgment and decision making.
Description of Position
Coordinates the recruitment process for full-time administrators, faculty and professional staff roles at the college from posting through hire.
Utilizes the College’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to build class specs, draft position announcements, create exam plans, post positions, monitor application submissions, review qualifications, communicate with applicants, and share application materials with search committees and hiring supervisors.
Collects, reviews and retains search files from committees and hiring supervisors and maintains up to date search files.
Responsible for the preboard through Onboard processes and checklists for new full-time staff and faculty in NEOED.
Completes data entry into Banner for all new hire/promo full-time Administrator, Faculty, Professional and Classified Staff.
