The Colorado Community College System (CCCS) is hiring a Project Manager – Healthcare Pathways to join the Workforce Development team at the System Office. In this position you’ll be responsible for successfully developing and mapping out processes in collaboration with stakeholders and providing communications on programs and pathways, with a specific focus on pathways for the direct care workforce. Duties Include

• Collaboratively evaluating existing and prospective work and developing a project implementation plan including defining the scope, stakeholders, timeline and deliverables.
• Providing project leadership and day-to-day administration focusing on Healthcare Pathways work alongside other constituents.
• Collaborating with state agencies, participating Institutions of Higher Education (IHEs), and related stakeholders as a project leader in designing processes and implementing Healthcare Pathways, with a focus on the direct care workforce.
• Co-leading project monitoring and compliance activities, such as maintaining project files.
• In collaboration with stakeholders, creating and designing data collection methods for qualitative and quantitative outcomes, impact, and improvements. You’ll also be supporting data management functions.

Required Qualifications:

• Two years’ direct experience in program/project management, grant administration.
• Bachelor’s degree or combination of experience and education, such as 2 additional years’ experience and an Associate’s degree in a relevant field.
