The IT Analyst works within a consumer-focused team to provide technical support to the Arapahoe Community College community. This position provides rapid response desktop and classroom technology support for software, hardware, network connectivity, classroom technology, and telecommunications equipment. This position will diagnose and resolve issues with technology, train and educate end users on best practices, and serve as a resource on available software and hardware.
The IT Analyst maintains and supports classroom technologies on ACC campuses and serves as the primary support contact for classroom and office technology needs. This position also supports a variety of enterprise applications and solutions, such as Office365, virtual environments, and device management systems which currently include JAMF and Microsoft SCCM.
