Instructional Support Coordinator
Description

The Instructional Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting facilities rental, event planning, room scheduling, and data entry.

The Instructional Support Coordinator supports the facilities rental operation for ACC’s campuses and works collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization to facilitate internal and external events.

This position ensures accurate and timely processing of room requests and will create rental agreement contracts, obtain insurance certificates, and collect fees. Additionally, this position organizes and communicates logistics to vendors and clients, including space layout, capabilities, and functional details of assets.

The Instructional Support Coordinator also schedules and assigns rooms for instruction ensuring that all courses are held in an appropriate classroom for the type of instruction and subject matter Coordinates classroom assignments with internal and external events (non-credit instruction, facilities rental) based on protocol and instructional/customer needs.

This is a temporary non-exempt hourly position. This position may work up to 28 hours each week and up to 9 months, depending on need and budget availability.
