The Concurrent Enrollment (CE) Grant Coordinator will assist with planning concurrent enrollment professional development events for high school CE instructors and counselors. The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following: collaborate with faculty to determine relevant professional development opportunities, create breakout sessions, coordinate event space, develop a hybrid meeting agenda, award professional development certificates, track participation, and follow appropriate policies and procedures to award stipends.
This position will assist the Associate Dean in monitoring all Concurrent Enrollment grants that have been awarded to the department and help program staff keep on track with spending and appropriate use of funds for each grant. The coordinator serves as the primary contact to the fiscal department for all CE grant accounts.
This is a temporary non-exempt hourly position. This position may work up to 28 hours each week and up to 9 months, depending on need and budget availability.
