The Fitness and Recreation Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Fitness Center, including supervision of staff, overseeing Center processes for all aspects of facility usage, including hours of operation and staffing coverage, equipment maintenance and use, member safety, space rental, and sanitation procedures; and monitoring budget, fees, and revenues for all Center operations.
In support of the mission of the Student Life Office, the Manager is also responsible for creating and implementing co-curricular programs and experiences and will facilitate student recreation opportunities by being actively involved in the development of college-wide activities focused on student wellness. This position will implement activities to promote physical health and student well-being and provide oversight of the development of wellness programming in the Center.
