The Colorado Community College System (CCCS) is hiring a Pathways Program Manager to join our Workforce Development team at the System Office. Note: This position is term-limited and funded through 6/30/2026. Position continuation is contingent upon receiving additional funding.
Generally speaking, the duties of this role include:
- In collaboration with the CCCS Academic Affairs and Workforce Development teams, Career and Technical Education, partner colleges, and state-level stakeholders, provide leadership and day-to-day implementation of project plans. Define and reevaluate the scope, stakeholders, timeline, and deliverables.
- Stay current on Colorado workforce, economic development, and industry trends. Participate in industry-connected convenings and organizations.
- Manage the implementation of technology solutions for capacity-building, inclusive of project coordination.
- Support project leaders in co-developing, updating, and sharing materials and resources, including research related to project implementation.
- Manage internal communications among project stakeholders to ensure the group is working cohesively to achieve common goals.
- Collaborate with CCCS Public Affairs team to draft and update external communications, including website content, fact sheets, and promotional materials.
- Manage programmatic aspects of budgeting and expenses functions.
- In collaboration with stakeholders, create and design data collection methods for qualitative and quantitative outcomes, impact, and improvements. Support data management functions.
- Write project updates and required progress reports.
Required Qualifications
- Professional experience is particularly desired for this position. Six years of direct experience in program/project management and/or grant administration is required. Acceptable substitutions for the experience include either an Associate’s degree and four years of experience or a Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience.
