The COSI Success Coach works directly within the Office of Admissions and is responsible for successfully leading a significant retention initiative for scholars who receive the Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative (COSI) Finish What you Started scholarship. This position has a caseload of approximately 150 scholars, providing high-touch individualized support toward academic, transfer, social, leadership and life-skills development. The Success Coach evaluates and elevates current scholarship support and programming. This position provides programming development support by developing systems to track scholar success and academic progress, including, but not limited to, fall-to-fall retention, academic standing, number of credit hours taken per academic year, progress towards receipt of credential, and compiling and reporting success metrics of scholar progress to ACC and COSI. The Success Coach must possess strong collaboration skills to cultivate strong relationships with the Foundation and Financial Aid Office and must have strong attention to detail.

This position is grant-funded through July 2025 and contingent upon continued funding.
