The Technology Training Coordinator will build a robust program of technology training to help faculty, staff, and students best utilize available resources.

Additionally, this position will

• Identify topics, manage course promotion, quality improvement, scheduling, and personally deliver training on a variety of technology solutions, including their content area of expertise
• Facilitate training that supports an inclusive and open learning environment for non-technical audiences
• Build knowledgebase articles on topics to support training experiences
• Serve as a helpdesk resource for troubleshooting
